All of our gift hampers are shipped from our location in Wollongong, NSW, via Australia Post. As a guide it generally takes 3 – 5 days for your gift to arrive.

If your gift hamper contains chocolates, to avoid having it sitting in a warm warehouse across the weekend, we will hold off on posting on a Friday (or long weekends) to ensure the items arrive in pristine condition. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number via email.

Please note that packages shipped to Western Australia, Northern Territory, Christmas Island or remote rural areas can sometimes take 6-12 business days .

No, unfortunately we only offer Australia wide delivery at this stage.

Yes. You can choose a ‘preferred’ delivery date in the comments section of the checkout. Please note that we can not guarantee delivery on a specific day as the delivery rate once it leaves our premises is out of our hands, but we will make sure to send your gift in plenty of time to arrive on or before the date requested. If we perceive any complication in achieving your request we will notify you via email to see how you wish to proceed.

Yes, for up to 5 hampers please enter each order individually. if you would like to send more than 5 hampers please contact us with the general details of your requirements.

We can deliver to any address residential or business however not to P.O. Boxes or other locker style postage collection boxes. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and take great care to ensure your gift arrives looking great. Due to laws regarding perishable items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on baked goods.

If however you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date, let us know and we will make it right!
